SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Madison Heights is accepting sealed bids for ballfield light renovations. This project is funded through a grant from the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) and as such is subject to full compliance with the Davis Bacon Act and the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act. Vendors are strongly encouraged to buy Michigan-made products for this project. See attached for specifications and bid submittal requirements.
