SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Department of Public Services requests bids for MDOT right of way turf maintenance from qualified turf maintenance companies. Qualified contractors must have a working knowledge of refined turf maintenance as well as provide all equipment, labor and services as specified.
