SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
INVITATION TO BID The City of Ypsilanti is accepting bids for the following: Janitorial Services for the following facilities: Parkridge Community Center DPS Yard Office 591 Armstrong 14 W. Forest Ypsilanti Police Station City Hall 505 W. Michigan Ave. 1 S. Huron Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Ypsilanti at City Hall, 1 S. Huron, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197, or by mail at the same address until: 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at which time bids will be opened, in the Council Chambers. Mandatory viewing required before bidding. The compulsory walk-through will begin in the City Hall Council Chambers at 9:30 am on Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Please mark envelopes “JANITORIAL SERVICES”. Mailed proposals not received by the specified time will be returned unopened. Each proposal must be submitted on the proposal form included in the bidding documents. Said documents are available at the above address AND THE Public Services Office located at 14 W. Forest Ave., Ypsilanti, MI 48197. Electronic versions may be found @ govbids.com. The City of Ypsilanti reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
