SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Ypsilanti is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) from qualified actuarial firms to conduct and analysis of its self-insured workers' compensation fund as of the fiscal year end. The review must include an estimate of a reasonable range of reserve balances required to cover unpaid workers' compensation claim liabilities, including incurred but not reported claims (IBNR).
