SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Notice is hereby given that the Charter Township of West Bloomfield will receive proposals for the following project: ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 8:30 A.M. local time on Friday, March 4, 2011 at the West Bloomfield Township Hall, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48323. Representatives of the Owner will be present to discuss the Project and at that time a walk-thru of Township Hall and the Police Department will be conducted. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting. Proposals will be accepted until Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Bid packages can be obtained at the Township Clerk's office during normal working hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or thru the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) www.MITN.info. The Township of West Bloomfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities, or to let proposals again whatever is in the best interest of the Township.
