SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The Charter Township of West Bloomfield is accepting proposals for cardiac monitor/defibrillators with related accessories. It is anticipated that West Bloomfield Fire Department will be purchasing six (6) units. The Township will also require contracted discounts off list price to accommodate future purchases due to changes in technology or need. The discount off list price should apply for period of three (3) years. Proposals will be accepted until Thursday, April 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Bid packages can be obtained at the Township Clerk's office during normal working hours 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or thru the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) www.MITN.info. The Township of West Bloomfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities, or to let proposals again whatever is in the best interest of the Township.
