SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Furnish all labor, material and equipment for the following Fort Gratiot Light Station work: 1) repair and paint the Fog Signal Building corrugated metal roof , flashing and fascia; 2) replace the asphalt shingle roof and dormers siding of the Equipment Building with a cedar shingle roof and repair the decking and dormers as needed. Substantial completion of the project is required by December 1, 2011.
