SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Farmington Hills is accepting proposals for thermal insulation of various sections of Farmington Hills City Hall. All products shall comply with Federal, State, local, DEQ and OSHA Standards. Final payment for work shall not be approved until all specifications are fulfilled, including manuals and training. Prevailing wages are required for this project per the attached Wage Rate Determination and Davis Bacon Guidance.
