SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified firms to provide all materials, equipment and labor transport to contractor’s offsite location, to prepare and electrostatically repaint lockers utilizing electrostatic paint equipment, provide return transportation and reinstallation. The Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, necessary insurance, expertise, trades, supervision; and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work as required. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and mail, fax or submit online via the MITN system no later than the due date of November 15, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. All quotations should be directed to the attention of: Marilyn Paulsen-Tomaszewski, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, Phone 248.841.2539; Fax 248.608.8178; City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. There will ONLY be one opportunity for contractors to visit and measure the worksite. A Walk-Through will be held on November 9, 2011 @ 11:00 a.m., at Fire Station #1, 1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 for contractors to become familiar with the premises specified; the condition of the work surfaces and adjoining areas; to obtain measurements, provide a forum for questions/answers and the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications. The deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Walk-Through. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine and provide all materials required and incorporate all such items in their cost proposal.
