SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Sterling Heights is receiving proposals for the purchase of fleet diagnostic software. This software will assist the mechanics in performing diagnosis / repairs of the engine, transmission and ABS systems of vehicles from a centralized computer loaded with diagnostic software. The successful proposer must be able to comply with every aspect of the contract awarded.
