SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

CITY OF ROMULUS RFP 11/12-12 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FROM CONSULTING FIRMS FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Romulus will receive written qualifications for providing Consulting Engineering and Testing services for the reconstruction of Goddard Road from Huron River Drive to Romaine. The project will consist of the removal and reconstruction of 2600 feet of major roadway, utility structure adjustments, sidewalk repairs, and pavement marking installation and restoration.  The construction engineering for this project will include all surveying, staking, field inspection, construction administration and quality control testing in accordance with MDOT requirements, specifications and guidelines. Consultants considered for these services must hold an approved status on MDOT’s pre-qualification list for Road Construction Engineering.  All firms must also have working experience with Field Manager software and the MERL Program. Submit Proposals to the City of Romulus for consideration by 2:00pm, Thursday, January 19, 2012.  ENVELOPES MUST BE ADDRESSED: CITY OF ROMULUS CLERK’S OFFICE RFP 11/12-12 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FROM CONSULTING FIRMS FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES 11111 S.
