SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Charter Township of West Bloomfield is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified bidders to provide an Information Technology Evaluation and Strategic Plan. Sealed proposals will be received by the Charter Township of West Bloomfield Clerk’s Department at 4550 Walnut Lake Road, West Bloomfield, Michigan 48323 until 2:00 P.M., February 1, 2012, in Conference Room 75/76, at which time the name of submitting proposers will be read. One (1) original and eleven (11) copies of a proposal must be submitted. The intent of this RFP is to select a firm who can conduct a thorough evaluation of the current status and capability of the township’s IT Department. Provide comparative information regarding IT status in other communities and outsourcing opportunities. A detailed report of the findings and recommendations shall be provided within 60 days of notice to proceed.
