SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of St. Clair Shores (SCS) is seeking seasonal concession contractors to provide food and beverage service at three (3) park sites with varying hours of operation and activities. This RFP represents a solicitation by SCS for services at three (3) individual park sites. Proposals will be accepted individually or as a whole. Each Bidder must clearly identify their knowledge of concession operations, food safety practices, contract relations, customer service and demonstrate financial stability. A contract will be negotiated with the successful bidder(s); contract term will be for three (3) years.
