SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The project will include renovation of two elevators located in the North Old Woodward Ave. Parking Structure, including removal and replacement of the hydraulic cylinders, lift assemblies, new non-proprietary controls and drives, new stainless steel elevator cab, new cab and hoist-way doors, new car safeties, weather resistant door operation and detection, vandal resistant cab and hoist-way fixtures, new floors, necessary peripherals to meet ADA, Barrier Free and Elevator Code compliance, and other miscellaneous work to make a complete project. Bidders shall review and comply with all Contract Documents, and supplemental information, as defined in the Instructions For Bidders.
