SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The objective of this proposal is to select a qualified and experienced governmental consultant with well-developed strategic relationships, for the purpose of assisting the City in developing and implementing an effective and strategic agenda that addressed areas of interest. The awarded consultant will represent the City in legislation and in policy level governmental decisions made on the county, state and federal levels. In addition, the consultant will be expected to assist and advocate proactively on behalf of the City on legislative matters, funding opportunities and other issues pertaining direclty to the City's unique governmental interests.
