SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Economic Development Corporation of the Charter County of Wayne (“EDC”) located at 500 Griswold, 10th Floor, Detroit, Michigan 48226, is an agent and component unit of the Charter County of Wayne , Michigan. The EDC is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) be made through the Wayne County Department of Purchasing for the purpose of selecting an Private Property Manager (“Manager”) to perform certain services related to the management, maintenance, and operation of three properties located within the City of Detroit, each of which is commonly known as the “Guardian Building,” the “511 Woodward,” and the “First Street Parking Deck” more particularly described in Exhibit A and herein after collectively referred to as the “Properties.” ITS IMPERATIVE FOR VENDORS TO DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE RFP FOR SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
