SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Rochester Hills and the Older Persons' Commission requires Lawn Mowing Services for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funded Home Chore Program - 2012 Season for qualified residents 62 years of age and older and handicapped residents to the extent that Community Development Block Grant funds are available. Lawn mowing services shall be provided every week for the first 4 weeks in May, 2012 beginning May 7, 2012, and then every other week until October 12, 2012 for participating residents.
