SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of St. Clair Shores (SCS) is seeking contractors to provide maintenance services for all city owned parks and sports fields with varying days and hours of operation and activities. Services requested are divided into 5 separate proposals.Proposals will be accepted individually or as a whole. Each Bidder must clearly identify their knowledge of the specified work requested. This work includes but is not limited to; mowing, baseball field maintenance, soccer field maintenance, landscape maintenance, fertilizer & pesticide application, beach maintenance, snow removal and litter and debris control. The bidder must attend a pre bid meeting to be held on Thursday, March 29, 2012, 2:00 PM at City Hall, 2700 Jefferson Circle, St. Clair Shores, MI 48081. Failure to attend this meeting will result in a rejection of the bidder’s proposal.
