*****NOTE: Oakland County Purchasing at the request of the Oakland County Information Technology Department is requesting bids for Kofax licenses as described below for the County’s content management and imaging technology requirement for various County departments. The successful vendor will be required to enter into a three year professional services contract (PSC) with proper insurance. A sample of the contract can be found by visiting http://www.oakgov.com/purchasing/form_application/ This is an online bid so the county is asking vendors to enter pricing as well as submit Attachment B completed with additional documents as part of the response. Vendors should include any support documents describing maintenance type and coverage as well as any licensing or maintenance agreements required for the County’s review.
