SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Sealed proposals endorsed "St James and Crestview Tennis Courts, Birmingham MI.” will be received at the Department of Public Services Office, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 8, 2012, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. The proposal will be for Armor crack repair, new net posts, and new acrylic surfacing of the existing St. James Park Tennis Courts and Armor crack repair, new net posts, and new acrylic surfacing of the existing Crestview Park Tennis Courts, herein described in the specifications. St. James Park is located on the west side of Woodward Ave., on Grant St, between Lincoln St. and Fourteen Mile Rd. Crestview Park is located at the northeast corner of Southfield Rd and Southlawn Blvd, just north of 14 mile Rd. Specifications for this project may be obtained at www.mitn.info. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; waive any irregularity in the proposals received; and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interest of the City.
