SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Cadillac is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide Computer Network and Information Technology (IT) Support Services (“Support Services”). The City has no IT staff. The vendor would coordinate work through a designated City employee. It is the City’s preference for the successful bidder to provide Support Services remotely while providing on-site support only when deemed necessary. Due to the 24-hour nature of Public Safety (Police and Fire) services provided by the City, services must include the ability to provide support if needed 24-hours per day, seven days per week. Services outside of normal working hours (8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday) will be on an emergency basis only, as determined by the City. The City wishes to enter into a 5-year contract to provide Computer Network Support Services for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2012 through July 1, 2016.
