IMPORTANT NOTE TO VENDORS:
The City of Warren Historical Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to FURNISH A 16” x 24” BRONZE PLAQUE FOR THE CITY OF WARREN, in accordance with the requirements listed on the attached file. The City will be awarding one (1) post-mount plaque with anti-spin rod. The City is requesting pricing for a wall-mount plaque as well, but will not be awarding a wall-mount plaque at this time. Additional plaques (wall or post-mount) may be ordered throughout the one-year period, to the awarded vendor, at the prices indicated in this RFQ.
